Brian McLoughlin


Brian is a Partner at GRP Partners. Previosuly, Brian spent nine years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, most recently as a Senior Vice President in DLJ's Investment Banking Division. Prior to joining GRP, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HomeSpace, Inc., a financial services company.

Brian brings to the firm substantial experience in advising growth stage companies in operations, capital raising and M&A. Brian attended Rutgers University where he received a BA, and received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
 
Gary Norcross


Gary Norcross is president and chief operating officer of the Transaction Processing Services division of Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). Mr Norcross is the division's senior-most executive responsible for the financial institution market segments. With a reputation of being intensely customer focused while maximizing the performance of his business units, Mr. Norcross has taken the division from fewer than 100 to more than 9,000 clients since assuming the leadership role in 1996.
 
Alan J. Patricof (Observer)
Alan Patricof is Co-Founder of Apax Partners, Inc. (formerly Patricof & Co. Ventures, Inc.), one of the world's leading private equity firms, with operations in eight countries and over $12 billion under management.

During the past 30 years, Mr. Patricof has participated in the financing and development of a large number of both public and private companies - many of which he still serves on as a member of the Board of Directors. These companies include Johnny Rockets, Upoc, mFoundry, The Newsmarket, VoodooVox and Zinio Systems, Inc. which are privately held; ATX Communications, Inc., Audible, Inc. and Boston Properties which are publicly owned. Among other companies with which the firm has been involved at the initial stages are Apple Computer, America-On-Line, Cadence Systems, Office Depot and Fore Systems.
 
Kelly Rodriques
Mr. Rodriques is a highly accomplished visionary executive with experience in founding and operating growth companies. Over the last 14 years, he has successfully exited three companies at various stages of maturity in three different sectors of technology. Mr. Rodriques was most recently the CE0 of Totality, now a $300 million advanced managed services unit within Verizon Business. Previously, he ran an internet marketing and development company called Novo(now Semaphore Partners), which he sold to Publicis in 2001 (now called Arc Worldwide).

Mr. Rodriques was an early pioneer of digital media advertising. As an executive at traditional agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, he immediately understood the capability of personal computers and the network, and their implications on media and content. At Ogilvy, he founded its digital brand group, which is now a $250 million revenue worldwide business.

Mr. Rodriques is currently a venture partner with Ignition Partners. Mr. Rodriques is an investor, advisor, and board member to several growth companies.

 
Rich Tong
Rich is a founding partner of Ignition. He invests in telecommunications and wireless as well as end-user/consumer-facing companies.

Rich is also the co-author of the bestselling, acclaimed new book, The Marketing Playbook.

Prior to Ignition, Rich spent 12 years at Microsoft where he most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for MS Office and BackOffice. He was responsible for business branding, advertising and pricing for the MS Office and BackOffice family of products, contributing to a $2 billion revenue stream and driving Windows NT and Exchange to become #1 in Microsoft's unit sales. He oversaw the purchase and integration of over 20 different companies and technologies into the Microsoft enterprise software family.

Rich built and led the marketing teams for Windows, NT, Exchange, SQL Server, BackOffice and Internet server, and managed over 250 people. His team's efforts catapulted Windows from a $50 million to $500 million business in two years. He also developed key business partnerships with Lotus, Intel, 3Com, Compaq, Dell and others.
