Drew Sievers
Co-Founder & CEO
Drew Sievers has been creating and delivering technology-based marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies for over 15 years. He has worked with world-leading brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Continental Airlines, AT&T, Microsoft, Motorola and Disney. As co-founder of mFoundry, Drew set out with a vision to help companies find a way to leverage the power of mobile devices.
Prior to mFoundry, Drew was President of Semaphore Partners, one of the largest interactive agencies in the U.S. Before his role at Semaphore, Drew spent 5 years in Japan as Asia Regional Director for Saatchi & Saatchi. He also held management positions at top advertising agencies, Wieden & Kennedy and Ogilvy & Mather.
Rodney Aiglstorfer
Co-Founder & CTO
Rodney Aiglstorfer has been designing and developing internet-centric consumer solutions for U.S. and Japanese companies for over a decade. As the co-founder and CTO, Rodney is the principal architect and technical visionary of mFoundry.
Prior to mFoundry, Rodney was National Director of Technology for Semaphore Partners, one of the largest interactive agencies in the U.S. As such, he provided strategic technical leadership and managed engineering departments across three geographies (San Francisco, Chicago, and New York). During his tenure, Rodney helped deliver solutions for Orbitz, LeapFrog, RestaurantPro, Screen Actors Guild, Behr, and BEA.
Rodney also worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in their advanced solutions group where he specialized in Java-based Web-Centric Enterprise Architectures. Rodney began his professional career in Japan, working for a number of companies in electronic gaming and e-business solutions.
Kim Vogel
CFO
Kim brings a wealth of experience to mFoundry with skills in finance, management and operations. Kim has held a variety of positions from CFO at a top interactive agency to Senior Research Analyst and Vice President at Montgomery Securities (now Bank of America Securities). With expertise across a number of industries, Kim has worked at leading companies such as KPMG Peat Marwick and Sutter Health Systems. Kim has in-depth experience in strategic analysis, business valuation, financing, M&A and public markets.
Kim is an alumnus of St. Mary’s College where she is currently a Professor at the Graduate School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
John Pizzi
COO
John has been building high growth technology companies for over a decade. Along the way he’s helped some of the world’s most recognizable brands leverage technology to drive business innovation – AFLAC, AT&T, Bank of America, Citi, Continental Airlines, General Mills, Philip Morris, Starbucks, Starwood and more.
John joined mFoundry shortly after its founding and has led the growth of the operations into the leading provider of mobile financial technology services in the U.S. He manages mFoundry’s world-class products and services, with a focus on retaining talent and creating strong client, partner, and supplier relationships.
Prior to mFoundry, John held management positions with a number of Publicis Groupe companies, most recently, directing the New York operations of Arc Worldwide. Before Publicis, John led the development of Capital One’s online sales and customer servicing platform, ultimately helping to create one of the most trafficked sites in the Financial Services industry. John earned his B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Drew Manning
VP of Product Support & Operations
Drew has 17+ years of extensive experience in vendor management, project management and data center support in the financial services and mobile technology industries. Prior to mFoundry, Drew worked at Vitech Systems Group where he managed end-to-end systems design, development, deployment and support. Andrew also worked for PriceWaterhouse Coopers and Andersen Consulting. He has designed and developed systems solutions for Financial Services companies including Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Guy Carpenter/Marsh & McLennan and AAA.
As VP of Product Support & Operations, Drew oversees the data center operations of mFoundry’s managed service solutions. He also manages the installation of mFoundry software at our partner’s data centers, and is responsible for managing all 3rd party vendors. Drew’s team is responsible for all post-production support to mFoundry customers.
Anne Mueller
VP Human Resources
Anne brings 13+ years of human resources experience within financial services, staffing and technology industries. Her specialities include talent management, employee relations and start-ups. Prior to mFoundry, she held positions at Andor Capital, Semaphore Partners, and Banc of America Securities in human resources and recruiting roles. As VP of Human Resources, Anne oversees recruiting, health benefits and employee development initiatives. She has a B.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Rob Sabella
SVP of Product Development
Rob brings deep expertise in product management and software development with an emphasis in the financial services industry. Prior to mFoundry, Rob was VP within the Internet Services Group at Wells Fargo where he provided leadership and oversight for all projects related to the wellsfargo.com web site. Rob has also held positions at Semaphore Partners, a web consulting firm and at Accenture, where he led projects for American Express, US Bank and Fireman’s Fund, among other financial services clients.
As SVP of Product, Rob oversees the mobile banking and mobile payments product teams. Rob is responsible for defining and delivering on the product roadmaps for mFoundry.
Alex Yi
SVP of Client Services
Alex brings 13+ years of management consulting experience specializing in financial services and mobile software technologies. Prior to mFoundry, he worked at Accenture in the Financial Services group for 11 years where he directed all aspects of program and project delivery for large and small system integration projects. Some of his key clients included Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan Chase. As VP of Client Services, Alex leads the delivery of all Client Services work. Alex is responsible for working closely with our clients to ensure successful delivery on all projects.

Gary Norcross
Corporate Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer, FIS
As Chief Operating Officer of FIS, Gary Norcross is focused on steering the company’s global operations. Highly respected throughout the financial technology industry, Norcross has earned a reputation of being intensely customer-focused while maximizing performance. He has overseen phenomenal growth in his 22-year tenure at FIS by following his proven methodology – establish a sound, well-focused business strategy and then stay the course so it can achieve its objectives.
Kelly Rodriques
CEO, Pensco Trust
Kelly is currently the CEO of Pensco Trust, a leading provider of self-directed retirement solutions. Kelly is a highly accomplished visionary executive with experience in founding and operating growth companies. Over the last 14 years, he has successfully exited three companies at various stages of maturity in three different sectors of technology.
Prior to his duties at Pensco, Kelly was the CEO of Totality, now a $300 million advanced managed services unit within Verizon Business. Previously, he ran an internet marketing and development company called Novo which he sold to Publicis in 2001.
Mr. Rodriques is also an investor, advisor, and board member to several growth companies.
Brian McLoughlin
Partner, Global Retail Partners (GRP)
Brian is a Partner at GRP Partners, an investment fund targeting technology-based solutions for the retail industry. Previosuly, Brian spent nine years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, most recently as a Senior Vice President in DLJ’s Investment Banking Division. Prior to joining GRP, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HomeSpace, Inc., a financial services company.
Brian brings to the firm substantial experience in advising growth stage companies in operations, capital raising and M&A. Brian attended Rutgers University where he received a BA, and received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Rich Tong

Rich is a founding partner of Ignition Partner. He invests in telecommunications and wireless as well as end-user/consumer-facing companies. Rich is also the co-author of the bestselling, acclaimed new book, The Marketing Playbook.
Prior to Ignition, Rich spent 12 years at Microsoft where he most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for MS Office and BackOffice. He was responsible for business branding, advertising and pricing for the MS Office and BackOffice family of products, contributing to a $2 billion revenue stream and driving Windows NT and Exchange to become #1 in Microsoft’s unit sales. He oversaw the purchase and integration of over 20 different companies and technologies into the Microsoft enterprise software family.
